The Waterside Inn reopened in April following the installation of a new £1.5m kitchen at the three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bray, Berkshire.

It was the kitchen’s first refurbishment in 24 years and the project was 18 months in the planning and took 14 weeks to complete, overseen every step of the way by chef patron Alain Roux who knew exactly what he wanted in terms of design and layout.
