The two-star Arosfa hotel in the Somerset resort of Weston-Super-Mare has changed hands for the first time in 57 years.
It is made up of five former homes that are part of a terrace of Victorian houses and is just a short walk from both the town centre and the sea front.
Along with 46 en-suite bedrooms, the Arosfa has a 100-seat dining room, cocktail bar, sun lounge, and four function rooms with the largest able to accommodate 150 guests.
The Bristol office of Christie + Co sold the freehold off an asking price of £1m on behalf of Michael Freedman.
