Independent hotel firm Crimson Hotels Group has bought the Hesperia London Victoria hotel from Hesperia Hotels for around £55m.
The 212-bedroom hotel will be rebranded as a DoubleTree by Hilton in January 2012 following a refurbishment, under a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide.
The deal means that Crimson will have two DoubleTree by Hilton properties, out of its total estate of 12 hotels across the UK, Portugal and Dubai.
