Relais & Chateaux adds two UK hotels to its 2011 guide

The number of hotels from the UK and Ireland in the new Relais & Châteaux guide has increased by two up to 321.

Lime Wood in Lymington, Hampshire, and the Bath Priory Hotel in Bath are the two new properties to appear in the 2011 just-published directory.

Martin Burge of Whatley Manor in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, is one of 15 new Grand Chefs to be included, bringing the total number of Relais & Châteaux Grand Chefs up to 147.

There are also six new destinations - Estonia, Peru, Chile, Laos, Sri Lanka and Vauatu, as well as six new cities (Washington DC, San Diego, Shanghai, Kobe and Casablanca).
