Garland Restaurant range The Garland Restaurant Range from Enodis is designed to meet the needs of chefs worldwide.

It is claimed to lead the flock in terms of durability - thanks to improved structural rigidity - and thermal control. Larger, more flexible ovens are deep enough to accept full-size pans in either direction, while the balanced burners - such as Garland's 33,000BTU cast-iron Startfire-Proburner - combine speed with precise, even heat.

The newly designed cooking surface adds flexibility with individual cast-iron grates; the thermostatic griddle has been revamped to offer a wide range of temperature settings; and the split ergonomic grates and two-piece burners make cleaning easier.
Optional extras include a Range-Mount Salamander that attaches to the back guard to save space, hotplate sections to evenly heat simmering pots, and a 5/8in-thick griddle plate with a high-low valve control.
