An energy-saving feature on the new series of FriFri Basic Plus fryers from Falcon will switch them into eco-mode if the machines are not used for 20 minutes.
This will help reduce energy and oil costs in premises where fryers are left on constantly so they are ready when needed.
The Swiss-made electric fryers feature easy-clean pressed pans, manual filtration, and a fast-response control system. The series ranges from a super-slim 200mm-wide, single-pan fryer to a 400mm-wide model with twin pans, each rated at 11kW.
