The TWIN U/KP 660 from Gram fills a gap in the market for a cabinet that can both quick-chill and refrigerate food, providing a compact solution for space-starved kitchens.
The unit, which has separate controllers for the two chilling systems, offers six different functions - refrigeration, freezing, quick-chill, quick-freeze, controlled rapid thawing, and dry cooling (which reduces condensation).
Made from food-safe stainless steel inside and out, the two-in-one chiller is 2/1 wide gastronorm compatible, allowing two 1/1 gastronorm pans to sit side by side for improved visibility and access.
