This Italian restaurant in Shoreditch serves a menu of southern Italian favourites including salads, antipasti and pasta dishes. Proprietor Alex Foley, who also owns the Chapel Bar in Islington, has dedicated it to his mother.
Using foraged ingredients is nothing new but the trend has become more mainstream over the past two years. However, the wider use of foraged food in restaurants also carries a certain amount of danger.
