Stretton Hall hotel

Chartered surveyors Morris & Co have bought Stretton Hall hotel in the South Shropshire village of All Stretton off an asking price of £1.1m.

The Georgian three-star hotel, which sits in one-acre grounds,  retains many original features including the windows, fireplaces, oak panelling and staircase.

Along with 12 bedrooms, the hotel has the one-rosette, 40-seat Lemon Tree restaurant, a residents’ lounge, lounge bar, a function room for 22 guests, and a separate wing containing the four-bedroom owners’ accommodation.

The freehold was sold through business transfer agent Forum.
