Michelin Guide sees no change in Wales and Ireland
Wales and Ireland have not seen any establishments win new stars in the Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland 2011.
Last year was a very successful year for both regions, but this year saw no changes, with the lists for one- and two-starred restaurants, pubs and hotels remaining exactly as they were in 2010.
Wales gained three Michelin stars in 2010, with one each at the Walnut Tree, Tyddyn Llan and Ynyshir Hall.
