Michelin-starred Tom Aikens's sustainable fish and chips restaurant in Chelsea is spread over two floors, with a dining room on the first, and a take-away section on the ground floor. Interiors include eco-friendly furniture and tableware, with the restaurant serving only British produce, including English wines.
