I'm hoping some Caterer readers can help me. I work in the hotel industry full-time and am studying business studies part-time. I'm in my final year and am writing my dissertation on employment tribunals in the hotel industry.
Having been through a tribunal myself, and having experience of bad and good hotel practice on HR issues, I want to talk to people who have been through, or are going through, a hotel employment tribunal for any issue. I also hope to speak to HR managers.
In both cases, I want to investigate the processes, issues and feelings involved. All information will be kept strictly confidential, and anonymity is guaranteed. Involvement shouldn't exceed a short interview at your convenience and, if you're going through a tribunal currently, perhaps monitoring the process.
