Compass Group appoints three new directors

Compass Group has appointed three new directors to its executive team.

Andrew Richards will be the new HR director while Paul Galvin has been appointed as finance director. Robin Mills will be the new managing director for the company's education division, Chartwells.

Richards joins the executive team from Compass Group PLC where he was director of group reward. He has experience in various different industries including automotive, FMCG and pharmaceuticals.

Galvin took on the role as finance director in an interim capacity last October and has now been permanently appointed.

Mills joined Compass as HR director three years ago and has worked in a number of sectors including retail and FMCG. He has replaced Tony Byrne who has moved to Compass Group PLC to work on a series of global projects.

Commenting on the changes to the executive team, Ian Sarson, Compass group managing director, said: "I am delighted to announce these new appointments to our executive team which I am sure will be hugely beneficial to Compass.

"Robin, Paul and Andrew bring a wealth of experience from a range of sectors and their knowledge, energy and passion for Compass will ensure we continue to drive our business forward through providing great service to our customers and clients."
