BaxterStorey adds four more deals to books
Independent caterer BaxterStorey has won a three-year deal at publishing group Harper Collins at its offices in Glasgow, Scotland. The contract, which will turn over £149,000 per year, will see four BaxterStorey staff cater for 140 employees at the new-build site.

BaxterStorey has also won a five-year contract to provide catering services at West LB bank in London EC3. The deal, which will turn over £1.1m a year, will see 25 BaxterStorey staff cater for 1,000 employees. The contract was previously run by Sodexho fine dining division Directors Table.

BaxterStorey has also won a deal to provide catering services for building group Skanska during construction and development work at four hospitals. The first deal, which will run for five years, covers projects in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, and Bristol and will turn over £400,000 a year. Twelve BaxterStorey staff will work on this deal and cater for 800 staff.

The second deal, which lasts for the duration of the project in London, will turn over £800,000 a year and see 18 BaxterStorey staff cater for 200 employees over two sites.

Avenance wins Scottish deals
Avenance has won a three-year contract to provide catering services at the Scottish Court Services in Edinburgh. The deal, which will turn over £750,000 a year, will see 12 Avenance staff cater for up to 250 people a day. The contract was previously run by Compass Group business and industry division Eurest.

Avenance has also won a five-year contract to provide catering services at Scottish Television in Glasgow. The deal, which will turn over £1.2m a year, will see six Avenance staff cater for up to 300 people at the new-build site.

Avenance has also won a five-year contract to provide catering services at Lanarkshire Automobile Group Training Association. The deal, which will turn over £1.2m a year, will see eight Avenance staff cater for up to 200 students at the new-build site.
