Catermasters has won a deal to cater for staff at Mitsubishi Electric’s UK headquarters in Hatfield, Hertfordshire.

The three year-contract, worth £750,000 in total turnover, will see Catermasters provide both catering for 150 staff and hospitality services, including best quality sushi for visiting VIPs.

James Hobson, Mitsubishi’s facilities manager, said: “Having a capable and enthusiastic caterer is critical to this site and I was very comfortable with Catermasters’ professional approach, support resources and commitment to us during the ender process.”

Catermasters was founded in 1989 by Richard Moody and Nigel Johnson and its clients include Shell, Blackwell Publishing, Oxfam, Williams Formula 1 and DHL.

The catering service at Mitsubishi Electric was previously provided by Lexington Catering.
