Managed pub company JD Wetherspoon is opening a hotel with just two bedrooms alongside its new pub in Newbury, Berkshire.
The hotel occupies a former cottage in the grounds next to the Hatchet Inn.
The two rooms - one family room and one double room - are named The King Charles I room and the Oliver Cromwell room, in reference to the Battle of Newbury.
The pub and hotel open on 19 July.
