London's Lanesborough hotel on Hyde Park Corner has welcomed three-Michelin-starred chef Heinz Beck of the world famous La Pergola in Rome, who has taken over Apsleys. The restaurant serves a traditional Italian menu and offers a seven-course degustazione priced £75.
