Kilo, London
Former celeb hangout Noble Rot is now Kilo, the latest addition to Soren Jessen's London restaurant portfolio. Seafood dishes are offered by the kilo to share - hence the name. Kilo serves food from 10am until midnight Monday to Wednesday, and until 2am Thursday to Saturday.

Babalou, London
This new restaurant, bar and club in Brixton Hill provides all-night entertainment under one roof. Formerly Bug Bar, the venue underwent a major refurbishment and now offers interiors with a North African touch. The restaurant is screened off from the bar and club, and features a modern international menu.

China China, Nottingham
China China is a new addition to Nottingham's vibrant restaurant scene, with interiors devised by local consultancy Unknown Design and inspired by Hong Kong's Shangri-La hotel. The restaurant covers two floors and menus focus on Cantonese food. The cocktail and Champagne bars serve dim sum and Oriental platters.

The Spencer Arms, London
Housed in a Victorian tavern on the east side of Putney Common, this refurbished gastropub features a large dining room, fireplace with surrounding leather banquettes, bookshelves and a games chest. Lunch and dinner menus vary daily, featuring pub classics made with seasonal produce.
