NEC1275 combination microwave by Panasonic

NEC 1275 microwave oven

Panasonic's new NEC1275 combination microwave features SD card technology, which allows chains of bars, hotels or restaurants to work out cooking programs centrally, then enter them into an Excel spreadsheet and store them on the SD card. The program list can then be e-mailed to each outlet, which can save the information on to its own SD card supplied with its oven.

The card is then inserted into the oven to make the centrally designed menu and cooking programs available. For use without a PC, the oven's memory allows for 99 programmes to be set manually on the keypad. The oven also includes three grill functions - grill, fan grill and grill convection - which can be combined with the microwave function to create crisp brown finishes to pies, breads, pizzas and en croûte dishes.

There are three preheat settings of 190°C, 220°C and 240°C.
