TopGriddle is a portable glass cooking surface with a short preheat time and a more controllable operating temperature than conventional metal griddles. The heating process incorporates infrared and cooks from within the product while retaining all the moisture. The surface is virtually non-stick and requires very little fat. The units are portable and plug into a 13amp 240V socket.
