Leisure property consultancy Shelley Sandzer has appointed Richard Thomas as its new head of pubs. Thomas has previously advised a number of major national licensed operators, including Mitchells & Butlers, Marston's, Whitbread, JD Wetherspoon and Enterprise Inns and past employers were Colliers International and BNP Paribas.
