Elaine De Paola has been appointed as sales manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House near Congresbury. De Paola has worked in the hotel industry since leaving college. She starts her new role with widespread experience across the UK, including Scotland and Cornwall, before spending 16 years with Jarvis Hotels, which was later taken over by Ramada.
