David Clarke, the hotelier who found fame on Channel 4 TV series Undercover Boss, has joined hotel management firm Bespoke Hotels in his first role as a professional non-executive director. Earlier this year Clarke stepped down as chief executive of Best Western Hotels and prior to that he ran a range of hotels from private groups to the five-star Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh. He also co-founded the marketing consortium, Connoisseur Scotland and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, and a Master Innholder.
