Olympic committee draws up blacklist
Fast-food and soft drinks companies have been banned from sponsoring London's bid to stage the 2012 Olympics because of concerns their involvement would undermine the Government's campaign to reduce obesity.
Barbara Cassani, chairman of the bid committee, has drawn up a blacklist of companies and organisations prevented from making a donation. She hopes to raise £10m from the private sector.

Choc-horror! The British are the biggest chompers of chocolate in Europe, according to a report published by Datamonitor. On average, chocoholic Brits consume 10kg of chocolate each every year.
Datamonitor analyst John Band said: "Not only are we keener than people in much of the rest of Europe on snacking between meals, we're also less willing to switch to healthier alternatives."
