To mark the launch of its compact DC 20-4A spray system ice-maker, DC Catering has two pairs of tickets to give away for London's Somerset House ice rink which this year celebrates its 10th birthday.
Although the ice-maker measures just 355mm wide x 404mm deep x 585mm high, it incorporates all the features of its larger siblings and can produce an output of 20kg per 24 hours. With ice production and 4kg ice storage bin combined as one unit, the DC 20-4A is fully self contained, producing truncated compact ice for even cooling over long periods.
It is constructed of food quality stainless steel for strength and hygiene and features non-corrosive quality components for reliability - including a tin-plated evaporator unit, which inhibits the formation of limescale.
