Hilton Manchester Deansgate recruits Marc Whitley as restaurant manager

Marc Whitley, who won a Hotel Catey for Best Hotel Restaurant Manager UK 2009, has joined the Hilton Manchester Deansgate to manage its Podium restaurant.

Whitley previously worked as the hotel restaurant manager for Lowry's River restaurant in Manchester, where he was responsible for all elements of the restaurant including staff, menus, guests and bookings.

He is tasked, alongside executive chef David Gale, with turning Podium into the number one restaurant destination in the North West.
