Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London names new conference director

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London has made David Gibbons its new conference and banqueting director.

He will be responsible for overseeing banqueting sales and planning staff when the 1,021-room hotel opens in early 2010 on London's South Bank.

Gibbons was previously director of conference and banqueting at the London Hilton on Park Lane and has held various conference, banqueting and event management positions for more than 20 years.
