BBar in London's Victoria has appointed Portugese chef Nelson Linhares. Apprenticed in Switzerland before coming to the UK, he has previously worked at Annie's restaurant in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, where he gained an AA rosette.
In light of BBar's location opposite the Buckingham Palace Royal Mews, Linhares is tasked with introducing a selection of "royal" dishes to celebrate the forthcoming royal wedding.
