Myhotel Chelsea launches new tapas restaurant
Boutique hotel Myhotel in London's Chelsea has launched a new restaurant, with the opening of three5 world tapas.
Located in the space formerly occupied by the hotel's Mybar, the 40-seat restaurant is focused on sharing plates with an "eccentric twist".
The menu, overseen by head chef Federico Perez Diaz, offers tapas-style dishes with global influences, with dishes including deep-fried calamari with aïoli or larger tapas such as Cajun-coated fresh tuna with Japanese salad, and mini fish and chips with tartare sauce. Desserts include crème brûlée cheesecake and lemon posset, passion fruit Chantilly.
Perez Diaz commented: "Chelsea is a unique neighbourhood, with unique tastes. In three5 at Myhotel Chelsea we're aiming to satisfy all their needs in a fun and daring way. World tapas has many forms and we're excited to be able to share our special perspective on tapas."
The restaurant manager is Kris Dorywalski.
Interiors feature gold colours next to whitewashed wooden panels as well as Chesterfield sofas and bespoke dining tables.
Myhotels currently operates three hotels: the original in Bloomsbury, the Chelsea property and Myhotel Brighton.
