Two new collections have been launched by Steelite. Earth Tones is a new casual-dining range which aims to go beyond decoration and actually have a sensory effect on the diner to enhance their enjoyment of the food or drink. There are four colours: Mocha, to embellish red meats and cereals Olive, to enhance the wholesome nature of vegetables and salads Forest, to elevate the flavours and textures of savoury dishes and Plum, to enrich the sweetness of puddings and desserts. Pieces include round plates from 16.5cm to 31.5cm, oval coupe dishes, bowls, mugs, cups, saucers, coffee pots, sugar bowls, milk jugs and egg cups.
The Sorrento range, with its subtle terracotta and sandstone colours on white, is inspired by Mediterranean scenery and designed to bring a calm and relaxed mood into the dining environment. Besides a range of round and oval plates, bowls, mugs, cups, saucers, tea and coffee pots, the collection includes a Presentation Plate and a Pasta Plate.
