Cajun chicken butterfly steaks

To help caterers add variety to their menus, Moy Park Foodservice offers a diverse line-up of added-value poultry products that includes roast wings and drumstricks, roast chicken saddle, half rôtisserie-style chicken, and spicy Chick 'n' Ferno Wings. Its 85g Chickwich battered breast burger, offered in plain or hot and spicy varieties, can be deep-fried in five to six minutes or shallow-fried in 10 to 12 minutes and is sold in two x 1.7kg and two x 1.02kg packs respectively. Also available are the Health Farm Foods fully-cooked chicken butterfly steaks (in plain or Cajun options) that are supplied 10 steaks to the bag and can be microwaved after defrosting in less than a minute or griddled from frozen in seven minutes. The Breaded Chicken Quarter Pounder can be deep-fried (in five to six minutes), oven-baked (25-30 minutes) or grilled (10-12 minutes) and comes in 2.83kg cases of 118g pieces.
