Tomato & chilli Chicken Sticklers

Chicken speciality supplier Plusfood has served up a new range of chicken skewers under its Friki brand. The Chicken Sticklers, which each weigh 30g uncooked and are packed 60 to the case, can be used as starters with a dip or as main courses when combined with stir-fried vegetables, rice or noodles. The four flavour options are Tomato & Chilli, Ginger & Lemongrass, Green Thai and Black Bean. Best cooked from frozen, Chicken Sticklers can be oven-baked in eight minutes and shallow-fried or grilled in around six minutes. When covered, they will microwave in 1.5 minutes per stick.
