Diced lamb in Lancashire hotpot

Complementing the meat and poultry options from Brakes is a trio of products that have been individually frozen from raw for portion control. Pork loin steaks, which are thin-cut and ideal for grilling or oven-baking, are supplied in packs of 50 x 55g cuts. Diced lamb is shoulder cuts of New Zealand lamb in 2.5kg packs which can be cooked with sauces for use as the base of stews, curries, casseroles or Lancashire hotpots. Chicken livers are a cost-effective ingredient that can be pan-fried and used in salads, starters or pâtés. They are sold in packs of eight x 500g portions.
