The new Mini Thai Selection of savouries from Brakes consists of three parcel shapes – a 22g vegetable mini spring roll with carrot, onion, water chestnuts, beansprouts, red pepper, leek and bamboo in a parsley dough roll; a 33g green chicken curry parcel with chicken, beansprouts, carrots, onion and water chestnuts in a coconut cream, coriander and chilli green curry sauce; and a 30g red chicken curry samosa, a triangular pastry filled with rice, chicken, red pepper, beansprouts, spring onion, creamed coconut and ginger purée. All can be deep-fried from frozen in four minutes.
