Newly developed specifically for food service is the Wall's Carte d'Or True Taste range of ice-creams and sorbets. There are 10 ice-cream varieties - vanilla, strawberry, dark chocolate, coffee, banana, caramel, mint, and rum and raisin; and five sorbets with up to 45% fruit content - lemon, pineapple, lime, blackcurrant and mango. The range comes in 2.5 litre tubs, with an additional  five-litre pack available of the vanilla, strawberry, and dark chocolate flavours.
