Easier-to-use chafing dishes and a juice dispenser are among the new line of premium buffet service items that John Artis was showing for the first time at Hotelympia.

The chafers include a selection of round or square induction-ready units, including a soup chafer, while the fuel or electric range comprises oblong (priced £290 plus VAT) and round roll-top chafers along with a two-pot roll-top soup station.

The roll-top covers use a braking mechanism to open to any angle and stay there, are easily removed for cleaning, and include steam-release holes that channel condensation into the water pan.

The chafing fuel and electric heating elements are interchangeable on all roll-top units and an integral wind block protects the outdoors use of fuel burners.

The chafing range is made from highly-polished 18/10 stainless steel with a 3mm heavy-gauge frame, solid brass chrome-plated legs and a solid stainless-steel bottom plate for stability.

The juice dispenser uses a glass bowl and is finished with chrome handles, knobs and legs.
