Priceyourmeal.com, an Ebay style website that allows diners to determine the price of their meals, has been launched in London after two years in Scotland.

Londoners will now be able to bid on packages ranging from meals for two, to cookery classes and hotel room and dinner packages.

Restaurants already signed up to the site include the Biagio restaurant group; the Mela group of Indian restaurants and Ricker restaurants.

The site was launched in Glasgow in March 2006 and spread to Edinburgh a year later.

Priceyourmeal.com has facilitated more than 100,000 auctions since launch and claims to save customers on average 50% of the menu price of a meal.

Sukhvir Dhillon, managing director of Priceyourmeal.com, said, “Our London launch means that, for the very first time, Londoners can participate in all the excitement of online auctions and the chance of winning a great meal at a bargain price.
