Zoe Williams at D&D London’s newly reopened Launceston Place in the capital finds the revamp. hasn’t made the eaterie any worse and new chef Tristan Welsh has most certainly fizzed up the menu.
Although Kensington isn’t the most price sensitive part of the capital, Williams finds the menu much better value.
John Walsh from the Independent finds the Bath Priory restaurant cloister perfection. Walsh suggest Michelin starred head chef Chris Horridge, currently participating in the BBC’s Great British Menu programme, close to a genius in his cooking.
