Take-away and home-delivery chain Domino's Pizza has bought 11 new sites across the UK and Ireland in its bid to grow to 500 branches by 2006.
Although Domino's has more than 270 sites in the UK and Ireland, it says almost 60% of the population still live in areas where they cannot order a pizza to be delivered to their homes.
Each new site is about 1,200sq ft and will create 20 jobs.
Those in Coventry; Dorking, Surrey; Enfield Wash, London; Gravesend, Kent; Hastings, East Sussex; and Spalding, Lincolnshire, have already opened.
Other newcomers are located in Bournemouth, Glenageary in County Dublin, and Norwich, with two more in Bristol.
On 28 July, the group will report "significant growth" in its profits for the 26 weeks to 30 June 2003, which it promises will be "materially ahead of current analysts' estimates".
