Grand Union pubs hands out “free money” for customers

London pub and bar group Grand Union has introduced a voucher scheme in a bid boost trade.

From 1 September the group will be giving away discounted vouchers for customers to use across its eight pubs and bars in and around London.

Customers who spend £50 on vouchers will receive £60 worth of food and drink at any of the Grand Union pubs and bars and there is no restriction on the number of vouchers per person.

“Times are tough for many at the moment, so we’ve decided to cheer everyone up with some genuinely free money. There really are no catches,” said Grand Union Group owner Adam Marshall.

Grand Union operates bar and grill venues in Brixton, Camden, Islington, Kennington, Kentish Town, Ravenscourt Park and Twickenham as well as the Three Locks pub and restaurant in Stoke Hammond, Buckinghamshire.
