Today sees the launch of the first online auction on Caterersearch, run in association with Hilditch Auctioneers.
Over the next two weeks, warewashers, microwaves, freezers and all sorts of commercial catering equipment will be going under the hammer.
All lots are available to view online now. Visitors to the auction have until 2 November to place their bids on the 70 lots of new and used kitchen and restaurant equipment.
