Italian restaurant chain Prezzo has appointed the creators of Ask Central to its board.
Adam Kaye and Samuel Kaye, cousins of Prezzo chief executive Jonathan Kaye, have joined the group’s board as non-executive directors.
The brothers, both involved with restaurant group Tasty – Adam as non-executive director, Samuel as executive director – have a shareholding in Prezzo of nearly 7% between them.
In October, a planned management buyout at Prezzo was scrapped due to the credit crunch.
In 2004, Ask Central was acquired by PizzaExpress owner Gondola Holdings.
