Adam and Sam Kaye join Prezzo board

Italian restaurant chain Prezzo has appointed the creators of Ask Central to its board.

Adam Kaye and Samuel Kaye, cousins of Prezzo chief executive Jonathan Kaye, have joined the group's board as non-executive directors.

In October, a planned management buyout at Prezzo was scrapped due to the credit crunch.

In 2004, Ask Central was acquired by PizzaExpress owner Gondola Holdings.
