Paul O'Hanlon has joined the Black Swan in Helmsley, Yorkshire, as general manager. His most recent position was at the four-star Galgorm Resort and Spa, near Belfast, where he was operations manager since it opened in 2007. He joins the Black Swan following the coaching inn's recent refurbishment of its bedrooms and bar and is tasked with improving the offer while retaining the personal guest experience.
