Building on the success of its 100% natural apple drink, Appletiser has branched out with a pure pear juice, Peartiser, the first of a number of planned brand extensions. Available in March, Peartiser combines the juices of a variety of pears and, like its apple stable-mate, is free of preservatives, additives and added sugars. The bottles will carry a "part of your five-a-day" message. Peartiser comes in a 275ml bottle, a 750ml glass bottle and 330ml cans. It is sold in cases of 12 x 275ml bottles to the wholesale trade through 3663 and in cases of 24 x 275ml bottles to the licensed wholesale trade through Scotco.
