Basa fillet

Seafood supplier Young's has turned to the pangasius, or basa, as part of its Fish for Life sustainability initiative. It is offering the white high-protein, low-fat fish - said to have a texture similar to cod and haddock - in three boneless and skinless formats. The hand-prepared Basa Goujons come in packs of 10 x 500g, the 60g Basa Portions are supplied 120 to a pack, and the Natural Basa Fillets are sold in packs of 30 fillets weighing between 120g and 170g each.
