The Authentic Food Company has joined forces with wholesale distributor 3663 to develop a new Premium Range of dishes from different regions of India that will be exclusive to 3663 for 12 months. The line-up includes four main dishes in 360-400g pouches that each provide one serving and will cook from chilled or frozen in less than 13 minutes in water, or less than four minutes in the microwave. There are two options of marinated chicken thigh cooked in a tomato-based sauce - Chicken Makhani (cooked with cardamom and butter) and Kadia Chicken (cooked with red chillis, coriander seeds and fresh peppers). Lamb Chettinadu (using Chettinadu spices, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, fennel and coconut) and Prawn Balchao (with Goan spices, cumin, coriander, garlic) complete the main courses. The two 275g side dishes of chickpea masala and Bombay potatoes can be microwaved or oven-cooked from frozen in five minutes or 10-15 minutes respectively. The line is available in six-pack cartons.
