Devon pasta meal supplier Pasta King has moved into the eastern ethnic food market with the addition of noodles and three Oriental sauces to its food service line-up. The noodles are sold in 25-portion pouches and, like the pasta range, can be precooked and stored in the group's pasta bar units for instant refresh at point of sale. The sauces, supplied in 25-portion bags, include Chinese Barbecue Pork, a tomato-based Hoi Sin dressing, and Chicken Paprika, which combines béchamel sauce with chicken, mushrooms and paprika. The minimum order on sauces is for 18 mixed bags.
