Vision is a 2,500W baking and display oven from PCE that partners a fan-assisted convection oven that heats up to 240°C with an independently heated top display area that keeps food warm up to 110°C. Vision will cook 60 8oz potatoes in less than an hour and is also ideal for bakery products, pastries, breads and pizzas. It comes in front- and back-loading versions with three removable wire shelves and a full-width curved glass display door with a gas ram hinge mechanism The side panels are available in optional colours and the front panel can be imprinted with the customer's logo. A complementary range of counter-top heated, chilled and ambient display units will sit alongside the Vision.
