French food processor pioneer Robot Coupe has launched an optional whisk attachment for two of its hand-held, small-volume stick blenders. The whisk is offered on the variable speed MMP 170 and MMP 220 stick blenders (the numbers refer to the shaft length in millimetres), which can now be used to whisk soufflés, meringues, cakes, whipped cream and custards as well as blend pancake batter, mayonnaise, egg whites, chocolate and mousses.
