The Cafitesse range of liquid roast and ground coffees from Douwe Egberts has been beefed up to meet the growing consumer taste for richer, stronger blends. Douwe Egberts has added a new process to the brewing stage that captures more of the coffee's primary extract and aroma. The improved Medium Roast Cafitesse coffee comes in two-litre packs, while the Selection blend is supplied in 1.25-litre packs. Douwe Egbert's liquid coffees, which are dispensed through its Cafitesse machines, are condensed, frozen and packaged into airtight bags to keep out the oxygen and keep in the taste.
